The first step of investment: plot choosing
Fengpu Industrial Park provides land with complete layout and infrastructure and various standard workshop for our clients.
The second step of investment: contract signing
After the plot or workshop is chosen, client will sign the investment agreement with Shanghai Fengpu Industrial Park, guaranteeing the mutual rights and obligation . Clients who purchase the land will sign the Land Use Right Grant Contract with the Shanghai Fengxian District Housing and Land Administration Bureau.

Fifth step: workshop construction
First, preliminary work of the project
Assist to handling the following relevant procedures of the project
1, fulfill the site cleaning and leveling
2, recommend the realization of the geological prospecting work
3, recommend and desire the design institute to design
4, organize and arrange the examination and approval of the first design scheme
5, receive the approval from the project committee, planning bureau and the land bureau, etc.
6, carry out the examination and approval from the fire prevention, environmental protection, health, guard department
7, provide the temporary water and electricity
Second, related project service content
1, recommend the construction bidding unit
2, arrange and decide related construction bidding
3, apply the construction license and handle the reporting and supervising procedure
4, apply the formal water and electricity
5, assist the clients to deal with the construction schedule and quality etc.
6, organize and arrange the check and acceptance of the project in every phase
7, recommend and carry out and participate the project final accounts audit with the audit unit
8, hand over the project when it finished put into production
